Refund policy

We want everyone to be happy with their purchase! Please feel free to contact us prior to ordering with any questions and/or requests. You may email hello@opieandeleanors anytime or call 812-401-6743 during normal business hours.

Certainly, if you receive a broken or defective product we will make that right. Please contact us within 7 days and we will cover shipping expense to return to us and will replace product or issue a refund or shop credit. Because we are a boutique shop with changing inventory we may not be able to offer a replacement of same product. 

Opie & Eleanor's accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise with all original tags attached returned within 15 days of the original purchase. Items must be new, unaltered and unused. The seal on personal care items cannot be broken. If the item is not damaged or defective you are responsible for return shipping expense. You must email support@opieandeleanors.com prior to return. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions for return. 

No returns on holiday, perishable good, custom and final sale items unless item is damaged or defective.
